2012 Players Championship Scoring Update: Tiger Woods +1 Thru 9

Tiger Woods has been all over the place, both good and bad, through his first nine holes of the PLAYERS Championship at the TPC Sawgrass. He has three bogies and two birdies on the front nine, good enough for a +1 mark through his first nine and a surprising seven shot deficit.

Blake Adams is a staggering -6 through the first 15 holes at the TPC, which is a little surprising considering how difficult this course usually plays. He holds a two shot lead over Michael Thompson, Kris Banks, Arjun Atwal and Kevin Na. This is normally a tournament that separates the best players in the World, so it's surprising to see that the leader board doesn't contain some of the game's top names. Ian Poulter is the biggest name near the top, and he is three shots back at -3.
