Mets Vs. Marlins Score Update: New York Leads 6-1 Over Miami Through Five Innings

The New York Mets are currently pummeling the Miami Marlins at Sun Life Stadium by a score of 6-1 through the first five innings.

The Mets have scored one run each in the first, third and fourth innings and broke the game open putting three runs on the board in the top of the fifth inning.

Miami has been having trouble generating any offense whatsoever as they've only manged to score just one run in the bottom of the second inning.

We'll have plenty more on this series throughout the weekend here on SB Nation Tampa Bay, so keep it locked to this StoryStream for all the latest news and available updates.
