2012 Big East Baseball Tournament: South Florida Looks To Avoid Elimination Against Pittsburgh

After losing to the No. 5 Connecticut Huskies yesterday, the No. 4 South Florida Bulls find themselves in an elimination game against No. 8 Pittsburgh, who lost to the top-seeded Louisville Cardinals. USF took the season series against the Panthers, winning two of three, last month in Pennsylvania. The winner faces the loser of the Louisville-UConn matchup, while the loser will be going home.

No. 6 Rutgers and No. 7 Notre Dame face off in the other elimination game, while No. 3 Seton Hall and No. 2 St. John's play for a buy until Saturday. All Big East tournament games are being played at Bright House Field in Clearwater, Florida. Each game can be seen live at BigEastBaseball.com.

Today's full slate of games:

10:00 a.m.: No. 6 Rutgers Vs. No. 7 Notre Dame

1:00 p.m.: No. 3 Seton Hall Vs. No. 2 St. John's

5:00 p.m.: No. 8 Pittsburgh Vs. No. 4 USF

8:00 p.m.: No. 1 Lousville Vs. No. 5 UConn
