Giancarlo Stanton Homers Off The Marlins Centerfield Home-Run Sculpture

Giancarlo Stanton may be the hottest hitter in Major League Baseball right now. He's been knocking the cover off the ball, crushing ten homers so far during the month of May and damaging ballparks everywhere. Earlier this week, Stanton hit one of the hardest home runs you'll ever see, turning a leisurely Jamie Moyer offering around at 122 mph down the left field line and breaking the new Marlins Park scoreboard display.

Stanton got a hold of another one on Friday night against Tim Lincecum. This time, he went to centerfield and blasted it off the garish Marlins home-run sculpture that's received plenty of attention in the infancy of the new park.
