It's been a relatively quiet first quarter in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, with both defenses keeping it a low-scoring affair. The Heat have clamped down on the defensive end, holding Boston to just 11 points in the first 12 minutes. On offense for Miami, it was all about LeBron James. The MVP has consistently pushed the tempo and got to the rim, scoring 13 points.
