SEC/Big East Challenge: Florida And USF To Take Part

The Gators will host Marquette, while the Bulls are home to Georgia.

While much of the 2012-2013 NCAA basketball schedule is still taking shape, the schedule for the second annual SEC/Big East Challenge was announced today. Florida and Marquette, a rematch from the 2012 Sweet 16, highlights the slate of 12 games.

The Gatos will host the Golden Eagles on Thursday, November 29, the first day of games. South Florida will host the Georgia Bulldogs on Friday, November 30.

The 12 games will be spread out from November 29 to December 1, with six teams from each conference playing a home game. All of the games will be televised on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU.

Last year, the Big East won eight out of 12 games. The entire schedule for the SEC/Big East Challenge can be seen here.
