For Thursday and Friday, Tiger Woods was in it. He shot a 69 in round one and then a 70 in round two. But on moving day, on Saturday, things fell apart, as he bogeyed two of his final three holes to finish 5-over par for the day. And now, going into the final round, he's at 4-over for the tournament, tied at 14th and seemingly out of the running at the U.S. Open at The Olympic Club in San Francisco.
Meanwhile, Jim Furyk and Graeme McDowell sit atop the leaderboard at 1-under par. Furyk shot a 68 on Saturday, while McDowell finished with an even-par 70. In third is Fredrik Jacobson, who also shot a 68 on Saturday to remain two strokes behind Furyk and McDowell.
