2012 NBA Mock Draft: Magic Go With Moe Harkless, Heat Take Jenkins

While the rest of the league fixates on the 2012 NBA Draft, the offseason's biggest event has mostly been a secondary concern for the Miami Heat and the Orlando Magic. The Heat just won the championship, and dysfunction has engulfed the Magic. Nevertheless, the draft is Thursday. Both Florida teams have a pick in the first round. So who might the Heat and the Magic draft? CBSSports.com ventures a guess in a new mock draft.

With the 19th pick, Jeff Goodman has the Magic selecting Moe Harkless, SF, St. John's.

The Magic can't pass on Harkless, the long and athletic wing who needs to work on his perimeter shot.

Miami gets a shooter with the 27th pick, John Jenkins, SG, Vanderbilt.

Doesn't do a ton else, but Jenkins can shoot the ball. I mean, really shoot the ball. Could be an ideal replacement for Mike Miller if his body doesn't hold up.
