NBA Draft Results 2012: Magic Select Kyle O'Quinn With No. 49 Pick

At the bottom of the second round, the Orlando Magic added another big body by selecting Norfolk State's Kyle O'Quinn with the No. 49 pick. O'Quinn was rated as one of the better big men in the second round and was projected to have his name called in the 2012 NBA Draft. He's a massive 6'10 241 pound power forward who definitely has a chance to make an NBA roster, even if it's on a non-guaranteed contract.

O'Quinn, of course, was the darling of the NCAA Tournament's first weekend this past March. He was the best player for Norfolk State and the face of their first round upset of Missouri as a No. 15 seed against the vaunted Tigers. He's an ebullient and enthusiastic big man who's likely to make an impact in summer league.
