Braves Vs. Marlins Final Score: Miami's Bats Go Cold, Go Down 2-1

The Miami Marlins were trying to rebound from a blowout 11-0 loss to the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday night, and the Marlins certainly rebounded in the sense that the Braves were only limited to two runs. The Marlins got a nice outing from starting pitcher Josh Johnson, who went 7.2 innings, striking out nine batters.

Randall Delgado on the other hand for the Atlanta Braves also had a nice, albeit short, outing striking out seven batters in just 6.1 innings of work. The Marlins were limited to just two hits on the night and couldn't plate anymore runs after Bryan Peterson knocked in Giancarlo Stanton in the fifth inning. Miami loses their second game in a row to the Braves, 2-1.
