Marlins Vs. Pirates Preview: Struggling Carlos Zambrano Takes The Mound For Miami

The Miami Marlins have now lost three consecutive games after falling to the Pittsburgh Pirates 3-4 on Friday night at PNC Park. In the second of the three-game season, Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen will send pitcher Carlos Zambrano to the mound who has struggled thus far in the 2012 campaign.

The right-hander is 5-7 this season with a 4.22 ERA. In his last 10 starts, he's 3-5 with a sky-high ERA of 6.22.

Fortunately for Zambrano, he pitches well at PNC Park. He is 13-8 in his career there with a 3.95 ERA in 32 appearances. In his last 16 outings in Pittsburgh -- which includes 14 starts -- Zambrano has an 8-1 record and an ERA of 3.94.

First pitch on Saturday will be at 7:05 p.m. ET.
