Buccaneers Vs. Dolphins Score Update: Bucs Lead 14-0, Ryan Tannehill Makes Debut

The Tampa Bay Bucs entered the locker room on Friday night with a 14-0 lead over the Miami Dolphins. In the first preseason game, the Bucs' offense looked surprisingly sharp, with both Josh Freeman and Dan Orlovsky hitting their targets. After a nice and steady first quarter for Freeman, Orlovsky came on in relief and went a perfect seven for seven for 89 yards. The big play of the Bucs second scoring drive was a 49-yard completion to Tiquan Underwood. Doug Martin also relieved LeGarrette Blount in he backfield and he looked good in his first game action, punching it in the end zone from two yards out.

For the Dolphins, Ryan Tannehill made his debut in the second quarter and struggled a bit at the start. He hit on three of seven attempts but occasionally locked on to his receivers. He hit Roberto Wallace on a short slant route for what looked like the Fins first touchdown of the game, but the score was overturned after review showed Wallace dropping the ball. Tannehill seemed to get some rhythm after the sluggish start and hit two big passes to Charles Clay and Julius Pruitt to get some momentum as the half ended.
