Thunderstorms forced the suspension of the third round at the 2012 PGA Championship on Saturday. Golfers had to pack it and get ready for a long day Sunday to finish the third round of play on top of the final round.
Rory McIlroy and Vijay Singh lead the field at 6-under. Neither golfer finished the third round on Saturday. Rain gives Tiger Woods the chance to improve on a rough day. Through seven holes, Woods was at 3-over. Bo Van Pelt is the clubhouse leader; he has the highest score of any player that actually finished on Saturday. Van Pelt is at 3-under.
Television coverage will begin Saturday morning at 8 a.m. Eastern on the TNT Network. It runs there through 2 p.m. before switching over to CBS from 2-7 p.m. Eastern.
