Team USA has a one point lead over Spain in the gold medal game of the Olympic men's basketball tournament, leading 59-58 at the half. Or will this be a real test for Lebron James and his team vying for a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics?
Kevin Durant has done most of the damage for Team USA. He has 17 points, hitting seven of eight free throw attempts along with two three-point shots. Kevin Love has nine points off the bench. James and Carmelo Anthony have eight point each.
Juan Carlos Navarro has been the man for Spain, scoring 19 points. He is 4-for-6 on three-point attempts. Pau Gasol is in foul trouble with four already.
