Chad Johnson Release: Reggie Bush Reacts

Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush not only saw former wide receiver Chad Johnson as a friend, but also as a video game buddy. Despite his release in the wake of domestic violence charges, Bush, in an interview with Nate Davis of USA Today, believes that while Johnson is hurting now he will rebound from this setback.

Obviously, he's hurt. What do you expect? He's not happy he lost his job, but Chad will be fine. He'll bounce back. I just gave him some words of encouragement, just to stay focused, keep his head above water. He'll be fine. He's a grown man and he'll be OK.

The loss of Johnson really puts the Dolphins in a bind. Johnson could have been a player that helped with an unsure situation at quarterback. Now that he's gone, the Dolphins do not have an established player for quarterbacks David Garrard, Matt Moore or Ryan Tannehill to throw to.
