The first 30 minutes of Friday night's NFL preseason game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans is in the books and the hometown Bucs find themselves on the losing end of the scoreboard as they trail by a score of 20-7.
Josh Freeman is having a forgettable day under center thus far. While he does have one touchdown on a short pass to Mike Williams for the Bucs only score, he's just 4-10 passing for 21 yards. Tampa hasn't gotten much of a contribution on the ground either, as Doug Martin and LeGarrette Blount have combined for 15 carries and 34 yards.
In addition to being on the losing end of the score, the aforementioned Blount suffered some sort of knee injury in the first half. No word on the seriousness of the injury or if Blount will return to the game.
