Madden 13 Ratings: NFL Rookies Guess How They Rate

Ryan Tannehill believes in his "clutchness." Unfortunately, that's not a rating in Madden '13. Tannehill is one of several NFL rookies who take a guess at how well their cyber counterparts stack up in the best-selling video game franchise in this SB Nation video on YouTube.

The Miami Dolphins' rookie quarterback probably would've known "clutchness" isn't a metric used in the game if his Awareness rating were higher than a 45. His overall rating, though, is a respectable 74, lower than the "somewhere in the 80s" he speculates but not bad, all things considered. How did other rookies think they should be rated? Let's just say they were all a bit overconfident.

I especially love Russell WIlson's qualifier that he's a 100 on the scale of NFL short quarterbacks. The 5'6 adult in me wil always pull for the vertically challenged athletes.

As far as Tannehill, perhaps the most impressive aspect he brings to the video game is his 83 speed, which is quite a weapon for a quarterback in the game. If you ever played as Michael Vick back in the PS2 days, you know why. Tannehill's overall vitals:

OVERALL: 74
SPEED: 83 (Very impressive.)
AGILITY: 76
AWARENESS: 45 (Ugh.)
THROW POWER: 90 (Stout.)
SHORT ACCURACY: 87
MID ACCURACY: 82
DEEP ACCURACY: 75
