Along with the rest of the NFL's franchises, the Miami Dolphins had to trim their roster to 75 players by the league's 4 p.m. ET deadline. The final Miami player to get cut on Monday was wide receiver Julius Pruitt.
Pruitt was seen as a special teams standout as a gunner in punt coverage, and was thought to have a chance to make the 53-man roster this year. This is his fourth season in the NFL, making him ineligible for a practice squad slot.

With this round of cuts finished, the Dolphins are left with 10 receivers competing for six roster spots. They have to set their final 53-man roster by 9:00 p.m. ET on Friday.
