After dismantling the Mets, 13-0, on Wednesday night, the Marlins will have the task of continuing their hot offense against R.A. Dickey. After starting with a 13-1 record that made him the toast of the league, Dickey lost two of his last three starts, including a loss to the Padres on Saturday.
Slated to face off against Dickey, is Josh Johnson taking the mound for the Marlins. With a winning performance against the Nationals on Saturday that was just one out from being a complete game, Johnson got his record back to even for the first time since early June and can earn a winning record for the first time all season on Thursday.
The Marlins and Mets will get to an early start on Thursday with a 12:10 p.m. start time at Citi Field and will be televised on Fox Sports Florida and SNY.
