FedEx Cup 2012 Standings: Rory McIlroy Stays On Top After BMW Win

Rory McIlroy won his fourth tournament of the PGA season, and maintained his lead over American Tiger Woods in the FedEx Cup race.

McIlroy shot 5-under in the BMW Championships at Crooked Stick Golf Course in Carmel, Ind., this weekend, making him the first player since Woods in 2009 to win two consecutive PGA tournaments. He won the Deutsche Bank Championship Sept. 3.

Woods finished tied for fourth place at the BMW, and trails McIlroy for wins this season, 4-3.

Tampa's Luke Donald moved from 17 to 15 this week, and Jim Furyk jumped from 21 to 18. Vijay Singh finished eighth at Crooked Stick, moving him from 49th to 33rd.
