Buccaneers Offensive Line Has To Block DeMarcus Ware

One of the biggest challenges the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face this week against the Dallas Cowboys is the pass rush of DeMarcus Ware. And figuring out a way to slow down Ware has been a major focus in practice throughout the week, according to a report in the Tampa Bay Tribune. Dallas Clark talked about the challenge:

He's special. You always have to know where he is and he's a game-changer. He's very strong, he has four legs and his arms are the size of an average man's legs. He's very powerful and it's matched with an athleticism that allows him to play fast. If you were to draw up what you want at that position, he's got it all.'

Through two games this season, Ware has recorded 13 tackles and two sacks. The 6'4", 255-pound linebacker also holds the record for most multi-sack games (24) in the history of the Cowboys, and coach Greg Schanio discussed his strategy:

He is one of the best players in this league as far as production and consistency. He plays hard all the time, he's relentless and he's got incredible pass-rush technique. He lines up at linebacker, at defensive end and he's covering in space.'
