Tour Championship 2012 Leaderboard: Jim Furyk Leads, Tiger Woods Slips As Round 2 Continues

After opening Friday tied for first place, Tiger Woods has slid down the leaderboard at the 2012 Tour Championship. Woods, a resident of Jupiter Island, Fla., is 1-over through 14 holes during the second round of competition at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta. Woods has picked up scattered birdies, but was hampered by a double bogey on hole No. 8 and back-to-back bogeys on holes No. 11 and 12, leaving him tied for seventh place.

Jim Furyk, another of Florida's representatives at the top of the leaderboard, currently leads the field. The Ponte Vedra Beach resident is 7-under and finished for the day. Bo Van Pelt is in second at 6-under through 15, and Bubba Watson, Matt Kuchar and Justin Rose are all tied for third at 5-under. Watson, a native of Baghdad, Fla. is finished for the day. Kuchar and Rose are through 16 and 14.
