The top-10 matchup between the Florida State Seminoles and Clemson Tigers has lived up to the hype so far, and the Seminoles have a 35-31 lead over the visiting Tigers.
Clemson opened the second half scoring with a wild, 52-yard trick play touchdown pass from Sammy Watkins to Andre Ellington. It's been captured in gif form for your entertainment:
Florida State answered with a Chris Thompson touchdown run less than 90 seconds later to make it 28-21, but Clemson's next drive ended with a booming 50-yard field goal from Chandler Catanzaro to stretch the lead the Tigers' lead to 10.
On the ensuing kickoff, however, Lamarcus Joyner returned the kick 90 yards to the Clemson 10 yard line, and two plays later E.J. Manuel threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to Rashad Greene to make it 31-28. Florida State wasn't done though, as Manuel connected with Rodney Smith for a 29-yard touchdown to take the lead, 35-31, after Clemson went three-and-out for the first time in the game.
