Both the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off Week 3 wins heading into their matchup at EverBank Field on Sunday. Despite Jacksonville's recent win, most experts are picking Cincinnati this week.

Out of the 12 experts who pick weekly games at ESPN, only one -- NFL Insider Adam Schefter -- took the Jaguars over the Bengals. 10 analysts picked the Bengals, while Chris Mortensen has yet to file his picks.

Things don't get much better with the experts at Yahoo Sports and CBS Sports. Yahoo analyst Jason Cole and CBS analyst Pete Prisco both took the Bengals over the Jaguars.

On the game, Prisco wrote:

"The Bengals are playing consecutive road games outside the division. That's tough to do. And they do so with a defense that has struggled so far this season. The Jaguars offense is the perfect tonic. The Jaguars are 28th in offense, but you can bet they will pound Maurice Jones-Drew inside against a Bengals run defense that is 31st in the league in yards per attempt. But I don't think that's good enough to keep up with Andy Dalton and his passing game. A.J. Green has a big day."
