In 2012, the Jacksonville Jaguars finished with a franchise worst 2-14 record, giving the team the No. 2 overall draft pick. The Jaguars have many holes to fill on both sides of the ball, but if it were up to Rob Rang and Dane Brugler of CBS Sports, Jacksonville will select Star Lotulelei of Utah with the No. 2 overall pick.
Both draft experts of CBS Sports have Utah defensive tackle Star Lotulelei heading to the Jaguars with the No. 2 draft pick. The 6-foot-4 320 pound Lotulelei recorded five sacks in 12 games in addition to 41 total tackles as a senior for Utah in 2012.
Jacksonville finished 30th in points scored and 29th in points allowed, so the Jaguars are obviously in search of a player that can make an impact on a weekly basis on either end of the ball. Some pundits believe this year's draft class is weak, especially at quarterback.
