The NBA All-Star Game kicks off on Sunday, Feb. 17. This is where the game's greatest talents collide in an exhibition match that's more fun than the Pro Bowl, but has less arbitrary meaning than the MLB All-Star Game. The point is that it's the best All-Star Game in professional sports.
