The annual Honda Classic is underway from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The tournament began on Thursday, as 43 groups of three teed off at the Champion Course at PGA National. Currently, Camilo Villegas stands atop the leader board, shooting a 6-under par (64) in Round 1.
However, there are a number of pros on his tail that currently sit at four- or five-under. Round 2 of the Honda Classic will resume Friday, March 1.
Of the trios to watch, these next four have earned some attention:
Group 17: Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Martin Kaymer (12:25 p.m.)
Group 26: Camilo Villegas, Brandt Jobe, James Driscoll (6:55 a.m.)
Group 29: Rory McIlroy, Ernie Els, Mark Wilson (7:25 a.m.)
Group 30: Bradley Keegan, Rickie Fowler, Lee Westwood (7:35 a.m.)
Villegas' group will lead off the day tomorrow, shortly followed by McIlroy and Fowler's pairings.
Tiger Woods, who shot par for the course, and Group 17 will tee off in the afternoon. However, it is not Woods that is the leader of his group, with Dustin Johnson sitting comfortably at -4. Woods will have to pick up his game to be worth mentioning with Villegas, Fowler and Johnson.
To see how Round 2 goes, tune into the Golf Channel tomorrow. And if you can't be near a television, the PGA offers a live stream for Comcast, Verizon FIOS and Cablevision customers.
