The Florida Gators have a massive recruiting opportunity on Saturday, reports Bud Elliot. Standout prospects David Dawson and Marcell Harris will visit the swamp this weekend to see Florida take on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
The 6'4, 285-pound Dawson is a four-star recruit regularly ranked in the top 10 among offensive guard prospects, and he is considering several SEC schools after decommitting from the Michigan Wolverines. Harris is a top rated safety who has also visited Oklahoma, Texas and Florida State.
Dawson and Harris will join a number of other prospects. Trey Johnson, a linebacker, and Demarcus Robinson, a wideout, will both be there. Johnson is committed to Auburn and Robinson to Clemson, but Florida is hoping both are open to reconsidering. Laremy Tunsil, the uncommitted five-star offensive tackle, will also be in attendance.
Florida's 2012 recruiting class is considered among the best in the nation, and includes 15 four-star recruits.
