Saturday afternoon's game between the Florida Gators and the Georgia Bulldogs at EverBank Field in Jacksonville will have high stakes. The Gators are undefeated in SEC play at 6-0, while the Bulldogs are 4-1. If the Gators win, they would clinch the SEC East crown and a spot in the SEC Championship Game. If the Bulldogs win Saturday, the Gators would need the Bulldogs to lose to either the Mississippi Rebels or the Auburn Tigers to win the division.
The Gators are coming off a 44-11 trouncing of the South Carolina Gamecocks last week. In that game, quarterback Jeff Driskel completed 11-of-16 passes for 93 yards and four touchdowns. Running backs Matt Jones and Omarius Hines both ran for touchdowns as well.
The Bulldogs are coming off a 29-24 victory over the Kentucky Wildcats. In that game, quarterback Aaron Murray completed 30-of-38 passes for 427 yards and four touchdowns. Wide receiver Tavarres King caught two of them while Arthur Lynch and Chris Conley caught one each.
