Chris Rainey Injury: Florida RB Goes Down With Ankle Injury

Florida Gators running back Chris Rainey just went down with a right ankle injury after being tackled in the backfield for a loss on a running play. Rainey took the hand off from quarterback John Brantley and was immediately wrapped up and brought down for 3-yard loss. Rainey's ankle appeared to get caught under the defender and became twisted.

The run by Rainey was the Gators first running play of the game and they're already dealing with an injured Jeffery Demps. Demps had a 72-yard pass reception to start the game, but he was caught from behind Demps has also been dealing with a leg injury that has limited his speed.
