National Signing Day 2012: Dante Fowler Could Decommit From FSU To Join Florida, According To Report

National Signing Day is the first day that committed players can fax in their letters of intent, but until they do there is nothing preventing them from going back on their verbal commitments. So there will be some players today that switch to a new school, despite having promised to play elsewhere. One of the bigger names in the state of Florida may be doing just that, as it appears he may switch his commitment from FSU to Florida.

Fowler is a five-star prospect on Rivals at defensive end, and is listed as the third best player at that position in the class. He is also rated the 28th best prospect in the 2012 class. If in fact he does commit to Florida over FSU, it would be a big coup for Will Muschamp and the Gators.
