Tennessee Vs. Florida: Gators Look To Avenge Earlier Road Loss To Volunteers

The Florida Gators (19-5, 7-2 SEC) hope to avenge a January road loss to Tennessee (12-12, 4-5) when they welcome the Volunteers to the O'Connell Center on Saturday afternoon. The Gators have won 19 straight home games. The Volunteers have lost eight of their last nine road contests against teams ranked in the Top 25.

Tennessee help Florida to its lowest scoring total of the season on January 7 in a 67-56 victory. The Gators shot just 35.7 percent from the floor in the game.

Florida is coming off a 78-58 defeat at the hands of top-ranked Kentucky. The Wildcats limited Florida, the nation's leader in made three point baskets (247), to 6 of 27 from behind the arc. The Gators shot a season-worst 34.9 percent overall in the game.

Tennessee has won three of their last four games, including their Wednesday night 69-57 win over South Carolina.
