The Florida Gators and the Louisville Cardinals will face each other in the first Elite Eight game on Saturday afternoon. The game will tip off from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona at 4:30 p.m. The game will also be broadcast live on CBS.

The Gators earned their trip to the Elite Eight with a 68-58 victory over the No. 3 seed Marquette Golden Eagles. Guard Bradley Beal scored 21 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Gators. Florida also shot 40.7 percent from the field compared to 30.8 percent for Marquette.

The Cardinals earned their trip to the Elite Eight with a 57-44 upset of the No. 1 seed Michigan St. Spartans. The Cardinals held the Spartans to 28.6 percent shooting from the field and forced 15 turnovers. The leading scorer for Louisville was forward Chane Behanan with 15 points and nine rebounds.

The winner of this game will play the winner of the Kentucky-Indiana game in one of the two Final Four games.
