Kentucky Vs. Florida Score Update: Wildcats Hold 40-32 Lead At Halftime

The Kentucky Wildcats coming closer to an undefeated SEC season, leading the Florida Gators 40-32 after the first 20 minutes of play.

After the Gators were able to hang with the Wildcats through the first 10 minutes of play, Kentucky broke the game open, going on an 18-2 run to break a 20-20 tie to pull ahead 38-22.

The Gators were able to find their footing and put together a 10-2 run to end the half to cut the deficit to 40-32.

Kentucky is being led by Terrence Jones, as he has scored 14 points while shooting an efficient 7-for-9 from the floor.

Patric Young has paced the Gators scoring 12 points while shooting 6-for-8 from the field.

Florida will need to continue pushing the ball in transition and forcing Kentucky mistakes if they want to make a comeback. They will also need to limit the play of Jones who has been able to score at will.
