Former Florida Gators guard Bradley Beal is continuing his pre-draft workouts. On Monday, both him and Kentucky Wildcats forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will work out for the Charlotte Bobcats. How both players perform in this workout could be a determining factor for the Bobcats, who hold the No. 2 overall pick.
Beal has certainly been making his rounds with his pre-draft workouts, one with the Washington Wizards on Thursday and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday, with fellow top-five prospect Harrison Barnes.
Mike Prada of SB Nation says that despite having the second pick in the NBA Draft, it may not belong to the Bobcats come draft night. Even if they do hold onto the pick, there are no shortage of prospects they could select, with the exception of Kentucky forward Anthony Davis.
The Bobcats are rumored to be open to trading the pick, but if they make the selection, most believe the team will decide between Kidd-Gilchrist, Beal, Barnes and Kansas forward Thomas Robinson.
The NBA Draft will be held on June 28 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
