Hahaha, no.
↵↵These are not my favorite unis, but they are by no stretch the worst ever.
↵A few days ago, a hat salesman in Buffalo leaked images of the new Marlins cap, which — like the logo and the unis featured above — has a retro look that precedes the organization's age.
↵Kudos to the Marlins, though, for trying to reinvent themselves. In 2007, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays underwent a dramatic uniform and branding change. Which ended up being great timing: The Tampa Bay Rays found themselves in the World Series just a few months later and now few even remember the Devil Rays.
↵Of course, no one expects a uni and name change in Miami to suddenly give the Marlins a second baseman or center fielder. No, they are still not a playoff team, but change cannot really make things worse at this point. So for now, why not just sit back and enjoy the lights?
