The Miami Marlins have made no secret about their interest in free agent Cuban-defector Yoennis Cespedes. Well, if their two dozen scouts watching Cespedes around the clock is not enough, Chis O'Leary has a nice, in-depth perspective on Cespedes, complete with GIFs:

↵↵↵Having said that, I'm encouraged by Cespedes' position at the [point of contact], which is what really matters. I believe that, with time and quality instruction, Yoennis Cespedes' hitting mechanics could be cleaned up and he could be a productive hitter at the major league level.

Given all of his reported success in Cuba's top league, I would be very wary of tinkering with Cespedes's swing -- at least until and if he hits a major roadblock at the majors.
