As National signing day hits, the Noles have a trio of potential five-star recruits they may add to their football team. The No. 1 ranked quarterback in the country, Jameis Winston from Hueytown in Hueytown, AL has committed and is expected to officially sign on with the Seminoles. The Noles are also expected to land a pair of five-star defensive lineman in defensive tackle Mario Edwards and defensive end Dante Fowler Jr.
The Seminoles could also potentially land the No. 2 ranked defensive tackle in Eddie Goldman from Friendship Collegiate Academy, a four-star recruit out of Washington D.C. If the Noles can land Goldman, they would scoop up the top two ranked defensive tackles of the 2012 recruiting class.
The Florida State Seminoles already have three players who have officially signed on, including a four-star running back out of Cape Coral, FL in Mario Pender from Island Coast. The Noles also have an official commitment from a three-star offensive lineman out of Roswell, NM in Daniel Glauser from the New Mexico Military Institute.
