The Florida State Seminoles and head coach Jimbo Fisher will wrap up the spring practice period on Saturday with the annual Garnet and Gold Game at Doak Campbell Stadium. This will be the last time Fisher has his Seminoles on the field until organized practices begin again in August. Following summer of involuntary work, the Florida State players will report for fall camp on August 5.
Perhaps the player most Seminoles fans want to watch during today's spring game is senior quarterback E.J. Manuel, who came to Florida State as one of the nation's top high school quarterbacks in 2008 but has yet to deliver on such lofty expectations.
