Florida State Seminoles cornerback and star return man Greg Reid was arrested on Tuesday evening for driving with a suspended license and also for misdemeanor marijuana possession. FSU head coach Jimbo Fisher issued the standard non-statement statement on the situation.
"I am aware that Greg has been charged and will gather all the information before I determine what course of action to take," Fisher said in a statement.
Obviously there is no word yet if Reid will be punished for the incident, but it's highly unlikely his position on the team is in any kind of jeopardy. There should be more on the issue as the time goes by and more details on the case become public and the school and gather all of the facts.
