The 5-0 Florida State Seminoles are favored to defeat the N.C. State Wolfpack (3-2) by more than two touchdowns on Saturday. The Seminoles opened as 13.5-point favorites, and that line has since shifted to FSU by 14.5 or 15, depending on the sportsbook.
The Seminoles are averaging 51 points per game and limiting opponents to 11.4, and they are already 2-0 in ACC play. They rank ninth nationally in total offense and third in total defense, and while they have yet to play a league game on the road, they have outscored conference foes by a combined 101 to 37 so far in 2012.
N.C. State is coming off a 44-37 loss at the hands of the Miami Hurricanes. The Wolfpack have just one win over a major-conference opponent this season. They rank 42nd in total offense and 64th in total defense.
Saturday's game is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET and will be televised by ESPN2.
