The Florida St. Seminoles saw their chances at competing for the BCS title this year disappear on Saturday, when they were upset by the NC State Wolfpack, 17-16.
Florida St. head coach Jimbo Fisher said on Monday he doesn't regret any of his decisions in the loss, however, according to The Florida Times-Union:
"I wouldn't do it differently. There's nothing we regret."
The most mystifying call might have been Fisher's decision to not attempt a 51-yard field goal that would've given the Seminoles a nine-point lead and virtually seal a win at North Carolina State.
"Could he have made the field goal, yeah. It had nothing to do with that."
With the loss, the Seminoles dropped from No. 3 to No. 12 in the latest AP Poll.
Though Fisher may state publicly that he doesn't regret the decisions, they'll certainly stick with him for awhile, as the Seminoles now will need a lot of help in order to play for the BCS title in January.
Florida St. will look to get back on track Saturday, when they host the Boston College Eagles.
