The Florida St. Seminoles play their first regular season basketball game on Friday night against the South Alabama Jaguars in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. The game is set for a 7 p.m. ET tip off from the Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee, Fla. The last time the Seminoles and the Jaguars played was Nov. 20 last year when the Seminoles won 80-39.
In their last exhibition game, the Seminoles defeated the Saint Leo Fritz, 65-56. In that game, forward Okaro White led all scorers with 16 points, also grabbing 10 rebounds during the game, including four offensive rebounds. Also scoring in double figures for the Seminoles were guards Michael Snaer and Montay Brandon, both with 11 points.
The game will be streamed live over the internet on ESPN3.com and the game will be broadcast on several Seminole IMG Sports Radio Network affiliates, including flagship stations WNLS 1270 AM and WFLA 100.7 FM.
