The Jacksonville Jaguars were thought to be one of the worst teams headed into the NFL in 2012, and perhaps the only surprise is that they already have a win this season.
Sunday's 41-3 loss to the Bears confirms that Jacksonville not only has little hope this season, but perhaps in future seasons, as well.
Over at Big Cat Country, the belief is that the organization needs to make major changes, starting at the top.
The Jaguars need to start completely over. Gene Smith should be fired, if the new GM wants a different coaching staff and a new quarterback (likely), so be it. It sucks for Mike Mularkey to get caught in the middle, but that's the nature of the beast.
At the very least, the Jaguars will have some extra time to decide what kinds of changes they will make going forward. Jacksonville is off with a bye in Week 6.
