Jacksonville is an underdog in Houston this week.

Kim Klement-US PRESSWIRE

The Jacksonville Jaguars opened as 16-point underdogs against the Houston Texans this week. Since then, the line has shifted such that the Jaguars are anywhere from 15- to 16.5-point underdogs, depending on the sportsbook.

The Jaguars enter the week 1-8 overall and losers of six in a row. They have scored more than 15 points just once during their current losing skid. The Texans, meanwhile, have won three games in a row and at 8-1 overall are tied with the Atlanta Falcons for the best record in the NFL. Houston is coming off a 13-6 road win at Chicago.

The Jaguars and Texans met in Week 2 this season, with Houston winning, 27-7. Houston piled up 411 yards of total offense in that contest, while Jacksonville was limited to 117. Quarterback Blaine Gabbert completed just seven of 19 pass attempts for 53 yards.

Sunday's game is set for 1 p.m. ET, with television coverage from CBS.
