Jaguars QB Chad Henne wasn't rattled by early mistakes

Henne led Jacksonville to its first win since September.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne dealt with some early adversity against the Tennessee Titans, as his first pass attempt of the game was tipped and intercepted. Henne didn't let that setback bother him, though, and completed his next six passing attempts.

"You play one play at a time, have a singular focus, push that behind you and just go out and attack the offensive plan," Henne said.

Henne finished the day 17 of 26 passing for 261 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He was put under a lot of pressure by the Titans and took seven sacks, but that wasn't enough to keep him from leading Jacksonville to its first win since Sept. 23. The victory snapped a seven-game losing streak.

Henne has 615 passing yards and six touchdowns combined over the last two weeks. He stepped into the starting role when Blaine Gabbert was placed on injured reserve.

The Jaguars hit the road to play the Buffalo Bills in Week 13.
