In the latest mock draft by SB Nation, the Jacksonville Jaguars scooped up Barkevious Mingo of LSU with the No. 2 overall pick, filling one of several holes on the squad.
Mingo was an absolute stud in the SEC for the Tigers last season, amassing 8.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. The LSU product would come in and immediately start for Jacksonville in the front seven, but where is the key question.

At 6'5 and 240 pounds, Mingo would appear to be an outside linebacker who is too undersized to put his hand in the dirt and play defensive end as he did in college. With a new regime in town for Jacksonville, only time will tell where it sees Mingo fitting best.
The Jaguars would love to get some offensive talent on board, but nobody is worth considering that high outside of perhaps Geno Smith. In any case, the Jaguars have an opportunity to snag an elite talent who will help them grow for the next decade come April.
