Maurice Jones-Drew opened the scoring in Cleveland with a bang on Sunday, plowing into the end zone on a six yard run and then mocking the Cleveland fans, impersonating LeBron James's pregame chalk toss. It would be his only score of the game, however, as the Browns defense would only allow the Jags to score ten points all afternoon. MJD now has five touchdowns for the season.
Jones-Drew would finish with 87 yards on 21 carries, averaging just over 4 yards per carry against the Browns. Blaine Gabbert threw the ball 41 times on Sunday, just one shy of his season high as the Jags went away from the run after pounding it on the ground for most of the game last week in Indianapolis.
