Josh Freeman Fantasy Projection: Shoulder Injury Makes Freeman A Risky Play

After missing last week's 38-19 loss to the Carolina Panthers with a right shoulder injury, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman was limited during the week's practice, but did take normal reps on Friday and appears ready to play Sunday when Tampa Bay (4-8) travels to Jacksonville (3-9) to take on the Jaguars.

Given the injury concern, it should come as no surprise that fantasy football projection site numberFire ranks Freeman as just the 22nd best option at quarterback this weekend. The Tampa Bay QB's projected stats: 18.72/31.38, 207.02 yds, 1.18 TDs, 0.94 INTs for 12.28 points.

For the season, Freeman has started 11 games, completing 61.8 percent of his 411 pass attempts for 2,715 yards,12 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
