NFL Free Agency 2012: Chad Henne Visiting Jacksonville Jaguars, According To Report

The Jacksonville Jaguars will host free agent quarterback Chad Henne according to a report by Adam Schefter of ESPN. With Luke McCown an unrestricted free agent, the Jaguars wanted to make getting a back up quarterback a priority.

Henne was originally a second round pick of the Miami Dolphins and should provide an excellent back up option for Jaguars quarterback pick Blaine Gabbert. Henne started four games for the Dolphins in 2011 before shoulder surgery landed him on injured reserve. Prior to that he started 27 games between the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Henne has accumulated more than 7,000 career passing yardage as well as 31 touchdowns and 37 interceptions during his career with the Dolphins.
